Delivery Destination
Jewellery can be sent worldwide. The shipping costs will vary depending on where you live.
Shipping Charges
For items delivered within Denmark and the EU the Danish Postal service is used. Packages will be sent by registered mail. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.
Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival in the destination country.
Placing and receiving an order
All the jewellery is made to order. You will be informed of the expected delivery time once the order has been placed. Items that are made to order usually take between 1 and 6 weeks. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch together with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item’s progress.
Returns Policy
If your jewellery is damaged in transit or faulty on arrival notify by email within 7 days. Give your name, address, information about the fault and if you require a refund or a replacement.
If you want to return an item that has arrived to you in perfect condition you must return it within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be sent back in its original unworn condition.
I regret that earrings (for hygienic reasons) and custom made items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item is damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied.
Please note that each product is handmade and therefore slight variations are part of the unique character of the work and stones may vary in clarity and colour.
